The MacBook's beloved trackpad, liberated for the desk

Who this trackpad is for
Mac users building a modern desk: MacBook owners who want laptop gestures at desktop scale, Mac mini and iMac owners choosing their pointing device, and anyone standardising on USB-C so one cable charges everything. It pairs instantly with macOS and works with iPad too.
Key features explained
Current USB-C generation. Recharges from the same USB-C cable as a modern Mac, iPhone or iPad, no legacy cable to keep around.
Full glass Multi-Touch surface. Swipes, pinches and Mission Control gestures with room to spare compared with any built-in trackpad.
Force Touch. Pressure-sensitive clicks anywhere on the surface, with haptic feedback that feels identical across the whole pad.
Weeks per charge. A quick top-up keeps it running for weeks, and it works while charging.
Buying advice
Choose this USB-C version if your desk is already USB-C; the Lightning model suits owners with existing Lightning cables. Pair it with a Magic Keyboard from our keyboards range for the full Apple desk setup.
